StopGAP Solutions is a women-led language education, life skills and advocacy brand that aims to promote systemic change and empower women and underrepresented individuals through an experienced developmental approach, coaching, and teaching English as a global language.

Meet Kristie

Our founder, Kristie Buckingham, is a women's health and human rights advocate, and a registered Teacher of English as a Foreign Language, with a specialization in gender and the economy and women’s health and human rights. Her passion for teaching English stems from the belief that it is a crucial tool for promoting gender equality, human rights, and empowering women and other underrepresented individuals, for systemic change.
